Board of Directors: Guides the credit union’s strategic direction, policies, and overall growth.
Credit Committee: Provides loan portfolio oversight, reviews loan applications, ensures responsible lending, and supports members’ financial needs.
Supervisory Committee: Oversees internal controls, audits, and compliance to protect members’ interests.
