Nexa Credit Union Limited and the Grenada Union of Teachers are pleased to announce a new partnership aimed at supporting and promoting the development of students through sports in the State of Grenada. The partnership will see Nexa Credit Union providing sponsorship for the Primary Schools’ Games, which are held annually.
The sponsorship period will commence on February 1st, 2024, and will continue for a period of three years. The sponsorship will be in the form of an annual grant in the sum of one hundred and ten thousand EC dollars ($110,000.00).
The Branch level meets will be held on the following dates: 9th February – St. Mark, 15th February – St. Patrick, 16th February – St. David, 15th & 20th February – Carriacou & Petite Martinique, 21st February – St. John, and 22nd February – St. George and St. Andrew. The two-day finalization of the games will be held on 6th and 7th March 2024.
The partnership represents a significant step in promoting sports and student development in Grenada, and both Nexa Credit Union and the Grenada Union of Teachers are excited about the positive impact it will have on the community.
